From 2019 through 2023, I worked as a Programmer and SEO Marketing Expert for Smash It Sports, developing and supporting WordPress and WooCommerce websites across its portfolio of sporting goods and apparel brands.

My responsibilities combined custom plugin development, ecommerce integrations, search engine optimization, and ongoing website support. The work extended beyond the primary Smash It Sports storefront to associated brands and wholesale websites.

Custom WordPress & WooCommerce Development

Developed custom WordPress plugins to extend WooCommerce and Yoast SEO functionality, using webhooks, WordPress hooks, and API integrations to support specialized website requirements.

Multi-Brand Ecommerce Development

Created, updated, and maintained ecommerce websites for Smash It Sports and associated brands, including Anarchy Bats, Kelly's Ultimate Sports, Viper Equipment, Overcome Average Apparel, and Smash It Sports Canada, along with their wholesale websites.

SEO Strategy & Digital Marketing

Developed and implemented search engine optimization strategies, supported social media marketing, created promotional graphics, and optimized YouTube content using VidIQ to improve search visibility and audience engagement.
